      If your bread machine bread has big air bubbles, it is likely because the dough is over-proofing. Try reducing the amount of yeast or selecting a shorter rise cycle on your machine. Also, make sure the ingredients are measured accurately and in the right order. This should help keep those bubbles under control!

      @@FoodHow well I had a full Medical and bloods were taken . It came back as Kidneys not function correctly , they thought that i was taking anabolic Steroid’s . When they dug deeper after telling them no way Im I taking Steroids . Turns out it was Protein Shakes causing the issue . My Doctor told me to stop taking them , he then said the Health Food industry is not regulated and that I should just stick to eating a well balanced Diet .

      I am a bit confused. Are you including the time spent in the fridge? If you are, then the microwave method takes 2 hours and 10 minutes, while the boiling method takes 4 hours. If you are not including the fridge time, then microwaving takes 10 minutes, and the boiling method takes 2 hours. Let me know if this makes sense.

    You didn’t mention it but the reason I looked at this is because my banana bread always sticks to the bottom of the pan. I’m assuming parchment paper is the secret.

      Hey there! Yes, good [po9iont, I should have mention that in the video. So, to keep your banana bread from sticking to the pan, try greasing the pan really well with butter or oil, and then dusting it lightly with flour or as you said, using parchment paper works great. Another trick is to let the bread cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before trying to remove it; this helps it firm up a bit and makes it easier to slide out. Lastly, using a non-stick pan can be a game changer. Happy baking!

    You are in conflict with Sally K Norton's recent Data Companion to her book--blackberries are NOT low in oxalate! 25mg /3 oz. Pears must be chosen carefully--Bartlett is fine but D'Anjou is HIGH. There are other errors here. You have SOME right but many differ a lot from the latest data.

    If you could remove the music that drowns out what you're trying to teach, that would be appreciated by those of us who are unable to focus when multiple things are vying for our attention at the same time. I wish more channels would just bypass the music totally so they could reach many more people.       Yes, you can replace liquid vanilla extract with powdered vanilla extract when making chocolate brownies. Just use half the amount of powdered vanilla extract compared to the liquid.     Eat most of your meals without meat or dairy, just have meat and dairy a few times a week... is the healthiest way to go. No seed oils apart from olive oil. High calcium veg to combat the oxalates in some veg. As much organic produce as you can afford. When you get older eat more protein. Thats it simple

      Good tips, but I am trying to switch more to a carnivore diet. I have had great experiences with it, and cutting down on meat just does not work :(

    Bullshit! Most of these foods showing in this video are full of antioxidant which minimize a great deal of Oxalate effects. And some vegetables must be cooked and this also eliminate part if oxalate. Water, my friend, lots o water per day will make the oxalate toxins being washed out.

    What about washing the cabbage 🥬 and cutting the core out?

      First, rinse the cabbage under cold water to remove any dirt. Then, peel off the outer leaves if they look wilted or damaged. Place the cabbage on a cutting board and cut it in half from top to bottom. Now, cut each half again to make quarters. You will see the core at the center of each quarter-simply angle your knife and cut it out. Now your cabbage is ready to be sliced or chopped as you like!

      @@FoodHow yes I am just learning about portion sizes, adding flavour and seasoning my food, they should really probably teach you this basic stuff at school I suppose
